I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU! I received my latest order by UPS today. I have had shipments in the past that have been ruined because they were left out in the weather. But thanks to the way that you carefully wrap all the books in my order, even IF it would have been left out in the weather, my books would NOT be ruined!!
